Your problems are a result of what?   Just wear & tear

How long have you had these problems?   Some for a long time- heart 3 year had a valve replacement

Please state how these health problems have interfered with your normal life’s activities and relationships?  Did not do some things like exercise and physical exertions, others were doing.  

How did you find out about our office?   My daughter recommended coming when the meds were getting out of control

Who is your doctor at Natural Health & Wellness? Any comments about him?  Dr. Eric Sanders. Everything he is doing is working. I’ve not felt better for a long time.

Describe your results and/or changes that have taken place since you began care until the present.  No aches & pains and the heart dr & general dr have cut my meds back a lot.

Any additional comments about the advance techniques used in the office, the staff or anything else you’d like to say that my help others in their journey to better health.   Between the doctor and the staff it is a very pleasurable experience.
